How we work
You talk.We do the checking.
Four steps. At each one: your part, and ours.
- 1
You describe the problem
Your partYou describe what you see, in your words, in minutes.
What we doWe read your request, decide if we are the right fit, then define the decision we will examine.
- 2
You answer short questions
Your partThe questions arrive by email with a link; answer when it suits you.
What we doWe design the questions to tell explanations apart. No question is sent before a person on our team approves it.
- 3
We test the explanations
Your partNothing, unless we need a few more questions.
What we doWe compare the explanations and keep what is confirmed apart from what is not.
- 4
You get the report and we discuss it
Your partYou read the report and make your decision.
What we doWe write the report, a person on our team reviews it, then we discuss it with you.
When the evidence is not enough
If the answers are not enough, we say so.
We do not guess. We show what we ruled out and what is still open, and give you one step that settles it inside your company, such as logging the next ten delayed requests.
Where AI sits
It helps us organize answers, suggest explanations and write the draft. It approves nothing and sends you nothing.
- It suggests; it does not decide.
- It drafts; it does not approve.
- It helps; it does not replace the review by a person on our team.
The information we ask for
We ask for the least we need. We never ask for your staff’s messages, personal data or evaluations.
Where paid work begins
Sending a request commits you to nothing. We agree the scope and price with you before any paid work.
Before your next decision, know what is really happening.
Describe the problem in your words, and we will reply with the next step.
