- Testing the explanationsWe test more than one explanation, including yours.
- A decision reportIn Arabic and English: what we know, what we do not, your options and the next step. Reviewed by a person on our team before it reaches you.
- A session to discuss the reportWe go through the report and the options with you. The decision is yours.
